Saves valuable staff time and provides clarity
I love that it is easy to access all reports within one place.
It has helped my facility save time in reporting as well! The interface needs some work but with any software there will be an adjustment period. Also would like additional training regarding new features added this year! Easy accessibility from anywhere via mobile device/tablet. Saving much needed time off staff members to focus on patient duties instead of searching through spreadsheets looking for answers when questions arise during shift changes.
Pros
- Accessibility
- Ease of use, especially if you know Excel (I am not tech savvy)
- Reporting capabilities so many options available now compared 5 years ago.
- Ability see data at different levels across several sites without having each site's information duplicated or entered again into another system
Cons
