This printer does not come with a driver. When we received the printer, we found that the Windows 7 operating system does not have drivers for this printer. There are some on the internet that are supposed to work with Windows XP or Windows 2000. My husband hasn't been able to get the drivers to work yet (he's a retired computer engineer so has a lot of experience). We asked for a refund but the company refused because I chose the reason the printer was defective or not working. From my point of view, this printer does not work on the system I need, so it is defective. In any case, we made a mistake in purchasing this printer. Save your money and don't buy this printer. If you have a Mac system, you will also have problems with drivers for this printer unless you are using older operating systems.
