I've tried several but this one suits me best. Most mouthguards have material that sticks out in front and covers the teeth. But for me it is inconvenient and completely unnecessary. I don't grind my front teeth. It's impractical because of all the extra junk. Look carefully at the picture of this and others, you will understand what I mean. This one fits a lot better, at least for me. It's strange that this mouthguard has lower ratings than the other 3 I've tried, it's actually much better than these others. This mouthguard doesn't have the extra material that works best for me, it fits much better. i have a small mouth Edit: I found out why this guardian is so much better than my others. Others I've bought say things like; Sports mouthguard and teeth whitening tray together with night mouthguard. All I need is the Night's Watch, the Doctor's Guard. If you buy one that has all sorts of options, you will end up getting too much material, making the protection less comfortable.
