This mouthwash is great. I have naturally very sensitive teeth/thin enamel. I used to avoid fluoride because I heard it was harmful and toxic to humans. Fluoride has been studied and there are results showing that it causes brain damage. However, most anti-fluoride websites only focus on fluoride toxicity to the brain. They also believe that fluoride is not good for your teeth. A lot of the websites I've read say that fluoride use is based on weak research that hasn't been done properly. However, I am a researcher and have access to all kinds of research databases. I found hundreds of studies showing regular use of fluoride to treat minor tooth decay and reduce tooth decay overall. So I started using fluoride to protect my teeth. I make sure to rinse my teeth after use to avoid ingesting toxic substances. After a month of use my teeth are much less sensitive. I'm glad the enamel is starting to harden, which helps ease the pain associated with heat and cold. I'm sure it helps protect my teeth!
