Review on Enhance Ambience with Dimmable LED Candelabra Light Bulbs by Erin Abbott

I use them in the new lobby light. The original fixture had 3 2700k equivalent 60 watt soft white bulbs with an output of 800 lumens. I expected 4 of these 400 lumen bulbs to be about 2/3 brighter than the previous light. However, they aren't much brighter than the neighboring 3-bulb fixture with 40-watt equivalent bulbs putting out 300 lumens. Bulbs I'd say are either a little overpriced at 400 lumens, or the 300 lumen bulbs are a little underpriced (or both). Brightness below expectations is the reason I deducted 1 star. Aside from that brightness, the color is fantastic. They have a warm glow with little to no green undertones seen on other competing products. When off, the LED filaments look much prettier than the simpler LED array found in other equivalent 60-watt candelabra bulbs. The packaging is very strong, which impressed me. Compared to top competing brands, the construction feels just as solid and I have no doubt they will last the advertised 20,000 hours. They're not dimmed, so I can't comment on their performance when they're "dimmed", but there's no noise (hum or squeak) from the bulbs when they're at full brightness. I would buy them again but for use as a 40 watt equivalent instead of a 60 watt equivalent.
