The interface is very user friendly, it's easy to use from beginning till end of your project development life cycle (from ideation until post-launch support).

It has great documentation which makes you understand what each feature does in detail as well how its different components interact with others features etc., so that even if there are some errors/bugs found during testing or live usage they can be resolved easily without any hassle involved! I haven't seen anything really bad about this tool either but maybe my experience isn’t sufficient enough yet because i am still newbie when compared other tools out here like JIRA & Pivotal Tracker - both have their own pros&cons just compare them before taking decision regarding one over another.- Easy customization options available through plugin API make things easier than ever especially since most plugins already exist within zubetech itself such creating custom.
