I like that it is very easy to use, all you need are your team members' emails/emailing addresses - no other information needed! However sometimes there's lag between sending an email notification which makes me wait before getting any feedback from users about my messages (notifications). The best thing about this app is that it lets you keep track of your tasks, projects or even just notes in one place so they're all organized together which makes them easier to find when needed! It's also very easy-to use as well with its simple interface (no complicated menus).
