Review on UGEARS Locomotive Mechanical Puzzle Toys by Ashwin Drollinger

I love trains and model building so I really enjoyed it. It's a little tricky, but most of the time it just takes a really long time. They must be ginger taking the pieces off their boards. Don't force it! Learned this the hard way. But luckily it's made of wood and all the pieces can be glued together. My only real issue with the design is that the motor is held in place by a single toothpick. I made the mistake of rewinding the motor and the toothpick popped and all the rubber bands flew back into the tech bay which turned out to be a flatbread that needed fixing. But I ended up replacing the toothpick with a metal needle to keep it from happening again. I suggest you use something metallic (or even hard plastic) and non-malleable instead. It looks pretty cool when finished and a pleasure to show off. Don't expect this to be a bottleneck in terms of performance as it only travels a very small distance even if you crank it up as far as possible. The number of tracks provided testifies to this fact.
