Along with the product was an email from Joe at support@ablewe.com saying he would work with me if there were any problems. I appreciate that and wrote the following email to Joe to describe my experience/feelings with the product. "Hi Joe, I recently purchased your USB to VGA adapter to add an extra monitor to my laptop. Everything works at the moment. OK. I had a few concerns: 1. On my Windows 10 laptop. I accidentally installed the NT version - of course nothing worked. When I reinstalled the correct version, the product worked. I will give you a good rating. The sound stopped working when I installed the adapter I had to make a certain device the default device This has happened in other cases, so it may not have anything to do with the adapter 3. The font size in your manual is very large small. I had a hard time reading it. That's the only big problem I have. The adapter must be activated before turning on the laptop, otherwise the monitor will not be recognized.
