The adapter works well and had no problems with it until recently. I originally bought the adapter about 3 years ago. I went to plug in a few days ago and there was no power in my trailer. I found that the crimp connector on the power cable at the rear of the car was corroded and the cable was broken. I remounted it but something must have burned in the module. I've ordered another module to replace it and will be adding my own heat shrink tubing to make it waterproof and prevent this from happening again in a few years. They should include better connectors and a few more zip ties.
