Most antenna adapters are 4" to 6" jumpers and this length must be inserted behind the dash. With this you can connect the factory antenna cable almost directly to your new radio without additional length. Should be suitable for almost all applications unless the input of the new radio antenna is significantly farther from the antenna cable connection than the original radio. Works great 👍
