unreliable came out after 2 weeks - tab A (less than 2 weeks) stopped charging - I spoke to samsung tech support , they helped me charge it again but I use it in an art gallery where I have to leave it unattended so I need a reliable unit - I've asked for a replacement but it's not covered under warranty and best of all what they can do is get me to send it in for repair IF it breaks again - no guarantee it's more reliable when it's returned. Judging from online forums, this is a common problem with many of their new tablets. I am VERY disappointed in Samsung - I have several other Samsung products and have always had good support when I had problems and have been a Samsung brand advocate - this case made a difference. I'll probably return to Revain when it comes out again, but it's a real hassle setting up a new device - screen protector, case, adding and removing software, etc. Update - 4 hours later - I found the storage was corrupted - after a reboot, 6.43 GB of the available 16 GB was used - according to the Samsung support signature, there is a problem with the memory. I spent a little more than an hour on the phone with support (1st call hung up after 15 minutes - finally waited after 15 minutes and politely addressed the manager 3 times) I have to send it in for repairs. I'm sending it back to Revane. Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 Update 8/12 - apparently the memory was probably not corrupted as indicated by Samsung's signature service - Samsung devices are notorious for the amount of memory used by the system and malware - 10GB available from the advertised 16GB is of course normal, I found with the installation tablet sent by Revain (By the way, their return process is excellent - the replacement arrived 2 days later and the old one was a month old to be shipped.)
