I have had experience working in customer support for several years now so i know what it takes when you are trying resolve issues or questions about our product as well how we communicate internally within each other via email/texts etc! This was my first time using this system but there were very few things wrong aside from some minor formatting errors here &there nothing major at all honestly!! If your looking into something like an internal communication tool then definitely try out their free trial version which gives way more features than any paid plan would give even if its only 5-10 dollars per month (which will go towards future upgrades).
