I received this in less than 24 hours after ordering. I had back pain the day it arrived so my wife used it on me. It worked great on the receiver side. I liked the variety of tips. All in all, if I didn't have another one to compare to, I'd say it was amazing. My wife complained about the shape and size of the pen. It's too big for her small hand. It's also not completely cylindrical, so it forces you to hold it in a way that she found a little uncomfortable. I found the on/off and power levels left a lot to be desired. You can't lower the power level, you have to keep increasing it. As I said in the beginning if I had nothing to compare I would rate 5 launches because it does the job and is a good price. My other one was about the same price, though, so here's the thing. UPDATE: After you left this review, the seller reached out to you to find a way to make me 100% satisfied.
