Review on YC Onion 120cm/47'' Motorized Camera Slider - Carbon Fiber Camera Rail with APP Control: 3-4 🎥 or 5 Axis Video Slider Dolly Track Motion Rail Compatible with Ronin S, RS2 Stabilizer, and Zhiyun Stabilizer by Keith Harris

The overall quality of the product is good. It is made of good materials and well thought out. If you're just looking for a motorized slider, this is a smart buy. However, if you're buying a YC Onion slider to pair with a DJI Ronin gimbal, there are a few things to keep in mind. You must purchase a YC Onion Interlink controller and NP-F550 battery to install and power your Ronin. 2) The YC Onion application needs some work (v1.2.1 at the time of writing this review). I was able to control the hot dog motor through the app after a firmware update. However, I could not control my Ronin-S via the app. Although I was able to search for and connect to Ronin, I couldn't open the UI. That's the main argument for the slider for me. I'm sure they'll fix this issue, but until they do you might want to put off buying a YC Onion motorized slider. I plan to post a video review once I resolve my DJI controller issues.
