So I sized down after trying a few different brand sports bras. I got a medium and I'm a 34DD. great support and comfortable on the shoulders. but maybe I could use a little more room in the cups, so I'll try large next. But I wanted a high impact and this is definitely it. It's now my favorite sports bra. I like to do Zumba which has a lot of jumping. The other high impact ones I got from old navy are great but, hard to pull over head. And I tried the front zip kind from target and had a terrible time holding together to even zip up! I got one from BJ and that was pull over with extra hook in back, which was better than the ones from old navy. But now that I found this one, my search has ended! I love that it's all hooks in back, no more pulling overhead and struggling in a high impact sports bra! I plan to try the large for my next purchase. Just have to wait for the price to come back down. I bought it at $15.99 a few weeks ago and now I was surprised to see it listed for $19.99. That's annoying since I don't remember it being on sale. I thought $15.99 was the regular price. Either way, I'll just wait. But still 5 stars of quality and for $15.99.
