Many different types of cameras can be connected to it including IP (Internet Protocol) cameras which I can see anywhere in the world if I have this option enabled. I can also share them with others. The menus are easy to navigate, and setting it up following the instructions was easy and uneventful. I transferred the HHD from the old receiver to this one. That's five hundred gigabytes and is enough for about fifteen days with four cameras connected. Less with more cameras. The recording options are limitless and with a higher performance HHD, months of video can be recorded. We're pleased with the ease of setup and the quality of the receiver itself, as well as the ease of navigating the software.
