Exactly like the picture! Super sweet!

We ordered these shoes for our almost 2 year old girl. She wears size 7 shoes with limited room so we ordered her a size 8 and they fit perfectly considering she will likely be wearing thick socks. She will definitely be in it all winter (ordered in October)! They look great in pictures but way better in real life! The insole and sides of the boot are very soft and comfortable. I'm just looking for suitable ones for me lol!
