The tree I like it myself, but I was very upset that it came with a broken star. I'll come up with another "Treetop". I don't know about you, but I'm already tired of ordering things that look completely different from online photos when they arrive, don't work, or break. It just added the stress of storing boxes, receipts, repacking and sending things back. I am now giving this review 4 stars. Since the golden treetop star arrived broken, I used a golden bow as the tree crown. I decorated the tree - unlike 2 other small battery powered trees I've ordered from other companies, this one was straight, crooked, didn't start to lose needles and flakes fell off everywhere, the light is fairly evenly distributed and you have a choice. how you want the light to work like flat, sparkly etc and they still work! For all of these reasons, and the fact that the seller even offered a refund for a broken star (honesty is refreshing), I've changed my rating. Since I use wood and am happy with it, I am not asking for a refund. This is the perfect little tree for a friend in a nursing home or for someone who wants to get into the Christmas spirit.
