Review on 🖨️ Epson TM-T20II USB Monochrome Desktop Receipt Printer - C31CD52062 - Direct Thermal by Michael Clarke

I bought 2 of these and used them in the dry cleaners a month later. Now, after about 3 months, 1 of them is already bad. The ticket only has the right side printed correctly. The left side of the ticket is unreadable. Apparently the thermal print head is defective. Contact Revain as they have a support button. Chat with a representative and in the end you were promised a free returns label via email and a full refund. Wait a few hours until the email does not appear. Contact Amazon again to find out I'm out of luck as 30 days have passed. The new representative gave me an Epson customer service number, which is not a valid number. If it's outside of the Windows return time, then don't offer it. If an expert is not available to resolve a technical issue, please do not include it as an option. Just a waste of time.
