I purchased a phone. I succeeded in passing it in ten days, and the device can autonomously reboot up to eight times. The phone was found to be functional after inspection. My phone was not replaced, and I was not given a reimbursement. Self-reloading remained an issue. The money is wasted. The business's attitude toward its clients is appalling. They didn't even offer to replace the phone set out of loyalty. I do not advise buying a phone from this retailer.
