I bought this to mount on our bus windshield. The window is slightly tilted so I needed something to rotate the bottom suction cups with. It's been stuck for a week now and the kitty loves the look. Update: One of the mounting suction cups started having problems falling off after a week. I noticed that there is a small gap in it that prevents a firm hold. seller notified. wait for the answer
