Easy to use and quick to clean silicone molds. I use them as part of a pathetically elaborate Valentine's Day gift box for my husband; I've tested various "truffle" type recipes and they work great. Truffles are very easy to demould and have a perfectly shiny, smooth surface. Fabulous! If only making toppings were that easy! I found that chilling my lollipops a bit helped them pop a little more easily, but it was an easy process nonetheless. Molds are rinsed in hot water without much effort; I didn't feel the need to put them in the dishwasher but since they are silicone I wouldn't be afraid to. I am very happy with them and will be using them for a long time I am sure. They feel sturdy and well made rather than flexible and cheap/thin like many other inexpensive shapes I've come across. I'm by no means a super skilled candy maker and this made my quirky project at least a little easier. Whatever idea you have, if these molds are what you need, I'm sure you'll be happy with their work. Featured!
