Too short! They will end short.

Author's correction/draft: Length too short. I wear women 12 or men 10med wide. My foot hangs over the edge, be it the toe or the heel. So if you have foot pain in more than one part of the foot, you should be nervous and then eventually decide to take a smaller half hamstring pad from the tendon area to lengthen the foot instead. As such, you may not receive all of the benefits at once. With all my joint issues, the last thing I need is to add more time and activity to my very long list of exercise and self-care. Very disappointing. They're not so cheap that I rarely use them, especially since I usually give up and instead just relax on a large cold compress I bought. That said, I will say that sometimes it's a good idea to take a small packet of gel for the Achilles tendon area and place it on top of the sock over the forefoot/midfoot area. I often get ice on the tops of my feet after injections. The sock keeps it in place, so that's good. But other than that, the gel pack for the foot pads is not long enough to put the full length foot on it and I chose the largest ones.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Can be retrofitted
