I wear a shirt and tie to work every day and have a thick neck, which often makes it difficult to shop at the counter. I can't afford to have my entire wardrobe made to order so I looked for a solution because nobody likes that messy look with the top button undone. This product is perfect for my needs. I only need 1/4 to 1/4 inch for most of my shirts and that helps. The extension appears to be of high quality - I've worn the same for a few days in a row with no sign of damage. If this changes I will update my review. They are also easy to use. The hardest part is getting the stretch on the button of the shirt. To fix this, I usually just put on the button extender before I put on my shirt so it's easier to button up before I put on my tie. I've attached a photo so you can see how it looks with the tie. I highly recommend this product if you need it.
