Nice shape perfect for traveling but the pages are not wide enough to keep them open while sketching. I noticed that this isn't a large sketchbook, but holding pages while drawing isn't my style. I like to draw with my hands free instead of snuggling one hand together while sketching. I think they should make a little sketch pad a little bigger than usual, but that's not all. Dale and Rowney's album is made of high quality paper, smooth from cotton scraps. I recommend it to anyone who wants an easy, no-fuss way to work with a sketchbook that's a must-have to put in your pocket.
