We installed this in a RCD socket on the wall in our bathroom for our bidet. After the shower my wife asked what was wrong with him and I look and the cord is on the floor and the plug is still in the wall. Neither of us touched it, there was nothing on top of it, nothing could fall off, but it looks like the plastic has ripped and exposed the connector. I turned off the power to unplug. We have a small child who could easily touch this like many of us. I'll contact the manufacturer, but that's almost like asking a lawyer. DO NOT BUY THIS, extremely dangerous, if someone accidentally touches it, it could die.
