It was easy to set up and sync with my Android phone and health platform. The face is large and easy to read. I mainly use it for step tracking and treadmill training. At the end of each workout it is possible to calibrate and monitor the distance on the treadmill. When the weather improves, I plan to take advantage of the outdoor running features. This includes monitoring your pace and lap times, and running/auditing alerts for interval training. The mobile app is great and helps track my activity over time and other metrics like my weight and menstrual cycles. I don't wear the watch at night, but there is a sleep activity option. I charge my watch once a week and it usually has around 40-50% battery life so it can probably last almost another week on a single charge. There are alerts throughout the day reminding me to get moving. There are MANY, MANY options that I haven't explored such as: B. Emergency notification via a mobile app, receiving text messages and playing music from my phone. This watch offers A LOT and I don't regret my purchase.
