The ability for it to be able to communicate with other systems is great. It's very user friendly, simple interface for users who are not technical professionals at all. I like that you can see graphs of test results over time so you know what trends your patients have been experiencing in their health over time. You also get a summary of each patient visit which makes tracking data much easier when trying to keep track of progress and improvement or lack there of within an individual. There isn't anything really as far as complaints go but if I had any suggestions they would be more specific things like making tests available online instead of having them sent via mail. We use this product daily throughout our healthcare facility to help us manage patient care effectively and efficiently.
