The cable is short, maybe 18 inches. I knew it, so it's not a problem. The extremely high transfer rate probably limits the cable length at this price point (which is also great). In the time it took me to figure out how to fix driver issues by connecting my laptop to my OnePlus 7 Pro phone and using the cable to transfer files, the battery was about 20% charged in MTP mode, which is a lot is better than any other line I have ever had. Transferring driver folder from phone to laptop using this cable was instant. There was only 18MB of data in the folder, but I still need to do some work on setting up the drivers and managing the phone's file system through the laptop before transferring larger files. In any case, as far as I can tell, the cable works as advertised. It is made of high quality materials and is much thicker than traditional USB cables. I can't remember ever feeling lost when buying Anker products. They are in the middle price segment and work with first-class products.
