This product is easy to use, applies quickly and absorbs into the wood. Its water repellency is quite evident and has been maintained on the open deck of the jetty for more than 4 months. I have used it on wooden railings with complete satisfaction. I bought a second 5 gallon bucket. Follow up: I am just ordering my third 5 gallon container of this product. I'm replacing my deck with quality wood planks and pre-treating them with Outlast as they're kiln dried. It never ceases to amaze me with its quality and effectiveness. A small catwalk I completed in September 2020 exposed to the elements still repels rainwater. The best I've ever used.
