Happy Quarantine Bday

Overall I was pleased with the end product. "Bubble" balloons are difficult to inflate and you can expect your fingers to hurt. Placing balloons and glue dots takes a long time, so take your time. The champagne balloon is easy to inflate and will hold air for many days. Take a quick picture. Many bubble balls fall within hours. I kept having to fix it.
