Very good pillow. That's what you'd expect from memory foam. It is firm, soft and adapts to your figure. It comes with a great liner. The zipper is neatly hidden in the seam so you don't see it and won't bother you while using the pillow. The cover is easy to remove for washing and washes well. There aren't any very strong smells except when you first open it, but the new smell will disappear within a few days. The only problem is that it's too hard and too long-lasting, especially for me. That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with this pillow. I am only 5ft 2cm with a small or short neck and if I lie too long on a pillow that is too high I wake up with a stiff neck. This pillow is very good for those who like a moderately firm pillow. pillow and has no problem with thickness or height. I've used it as a side sleeper and slept on my back and it's very comfortable. I just wish it was either softer or not as thick to make it work for me. It is well made and has a good price.
