This product is the bomb for chapped lips. I moved into the high desert, my lips flapping and cracking like crazy. It really helps. I don't like the taste of vanilla and I would have embraced a fruity or berry flavor if I knew vanilla was so overwhelming. But the product itself works well. You just can't exfoliate too much, or it will make your lips "thin" and then break more easily. Once a week is enough, then use lip balm constantly.
