My husband was so excited to get these. At first I wanted to wait until Father's Day to give them to him, but since turkey season wasn't over I couldn't wait. He's wanted a good set for a long time. They have amazing night vision, and now not only can he see early morning and after sunset, but he doesn't have to look for a phone to take a photo or video of what he wants to share. The thing does everything. It also comes with a 32GB SD card, which is particularly nice. I don't know how many test cameras he got that were shelved forever just because I didn't buy the cards on time and kept forgetting. He's having fun with them now, but they'll do a really good job in deer season. This gives him enough time to familiarize himself with them extensively. They also have a nice carry case with a REALLY strong velcro closure. So I suggest opening them BEFORE entering the forest. The kit includes all the cords and cables you need to transfer photos and videos. It is powered by 8 AA batteries and can be used with a tripod.
