I was skeptical after seeing the negative reviews about the gloves being thin and easy to fall off. After multiple uses as food gloves, these gloves are not bad at all. are they perfect no I have small to medium hands and the gloves are really big for me. However, for general food handling like picking up meat and slicing food that doesn't require precision, these gloves do a good job of keeping hands clean. I've used it multiple times for mixing. At first they fell off easily. I later discovered a trick that keeps the gloves on - just rinse your hands, shake off the water and put the gloves on. a little water creates friction and causes the gloves to stick to your hands. Because these gloves are compound and plant-based, I will continue to buy them, not only to keep my hands clean, but to keep the environment clean.
