Last year I bought a battery operated Christmas window candle. Don't waste money on it. They are not bright enough for windows. They are more suitable for indoor use (fireplaces, dining tables, dressers, etc.). This year I bought these Holiday Joy electric candles. GREAT PROGRESS! They are much brighter than battery candles and look beautiful from the street. Personally, I don't like candles burning all night, so I bought timers. Now they turn on/off at the specified time. The cord reached some of my outlets, but I had to buy 4-foot extensions for a couple of candles. Small inconveniences. I would highly recommend these candles and love that they all come with an extra bulb.
