If you can work without USB 3, that's a pretty good KVM. It states very clearly that the ports are USB 2 so check your devices first. My USB 3 devices are connected to a local hub which is connected to a USB 2 port on the KVM and is working as expected. Input devices may not switch properly, eg webcams, tablets. Consider disconnecting them completely and reconnecting them to the USB 2 ports. This is especially true for the keyboard. I had to plug the keyboard into a regular USB2 port for it to switch devices. The keyboard port only works well with USB2 keyboards and doesn't recognize my USB3 keyboards at all. However, it's easy to set up, offers excellent value for money, and easily supports the high-resolution monitors on my PC and laptop. I hope you found this helpful!
