Review on Verint Predictive Experience (formerly Verint ForeSee) by Samiran Pusarla

I like how easy it was to get up and running with this system. There are many features within the software but they do not overwhelm you or become too complicated for a beginner user. The system does have some glitches when used as part of an integrated solution. It can be difficult at times to link data from different sources together if there isn't already an integration point in place. However, once these integrations are made then we have been able to solve our problems very quickly! This has enabled us to build better profiles and relationships with customers which helps drive sales.
