The product has helped our organization improve customer experience through predictive analytics which helps us to provide better service by predicting their needs before they even realize it! It also allows for easy collaboration between internal teams as well external partners like Accenture who help with data analysis. I like how easy it was to get up and running with this system. There are many features within the software but they do not overwhelm you or become too complicated for a beginner user. The system does have some glitches when used as part of an integrated solution. It can be difficult at times to link data from different sources together if there isn't already an integration point in place. Best tool in class, well worth your investment

I can see how my customers are behaving across channels with their specific needs for each channel. It helps us to make decisions quickly without having customer profiles stored elsewhere but still get access when needed. So far there isn't anything that we dislike about this product so it could be improved by adding new features or making some existing ones better. Our organization has been utilizing VPE since 2014

We have many products and applications from different areas. Verint Predictive Experience helps us to identify the best candidates for each product and application. The system is very intuitive and easy to use. It can be integrated with multiple systems. There are some limitations when using it with Salesforce. Solid Solution Used in Leading Customer Analytics Products

I used to work with this product during its early days as a customer solution architect at Verizon Business Services. It was one of our earliest solutions for predictive analytics/BI applications. The user experience then wasn't nearly what it is now. Some of this has been addressed since my last engagement but there are still some areas where certain features need improvement. If you have an organization using advanced analytics across multiple data sources, then definitely consider this tool.

A tool you will find very useful and makes complex processes simple

The ability to create predictive models for customer interactions with our product/service offering.The ease at which one can deploy these solutions into their own environment using cloud-based tools. I have used this solution within my organization as well as working with third party partners who use it daily for various purposes across multiple verticals. It provides me great peace of mind knowing that when interacting with an external partner or client they are able to leverage what we offer
