Review on Verint Predictive Experience (formerly Verint ForeSee) by Shaun Helm

The ability to create predictive models for customer interactions with our product/service offering.The ease at which one can deploy these solutions into their own environment using cloud-based tools. I have used this solution within my organization as well as working with third party partners who use it daily for various purposes across multiple verticals. It provides me great peace of mind knowing that when interacting with an external partner or client they are able to leverage what we offer by having access to all relevant data points needed to make informed decisions about how best to serve them.
