I can see how my customers are behaving across channels with their specific needs for each channel. It helps us to make decisions quickly without having customer profiles stored elsewhere but still get access when needed. So far there isn't anything that we dislike about this product so it could be improved by adding new features or making some existing ones better. We were able to implement VPE much faster due to our experience using Salesforce as an ERP system which has been running since before they released version 7 years ago now! They have helped build out predictive analytics at many large enterprises including ours helping them improve marketing effectiveness via personalization and cross-channel recommendations/upselling opportunities. This also gives us visibility into key performance indicators like churn rate allowing decision makers to identify problems early.
