The product has helped our organization improve customer experience through predictive analytics which helps us to provide better service by predicting their needs before they even realize it! It also allows for easy collaboration between internal teams as well external partners like Accenture who help with data analysis.
I would say one thing i dislike about this software was its UI/UX could be improved but nothing majorly negative here!! We use foresee primarily due to ease of integration into Salesforce orgs using SFDC API connector or Zapier connections from 3rd party applications such as Marketo etc..
