Now that I’m working for home I’ve been looking for ways to keep my 1 1/2 year old entertained during the day. He loves to color and draw, but like many babies, also enjoys to color on himself and the the floor. I came across this magic doodle mat and decided to give it a try since the pen was activated with just water. It is absolutely perfect! I just lie it on the floor, fill the pen with water and my son goes to work. The design is ocean so he really likes that and he’s learning his ABCs so seeing them on the mat has made him very happy as well. The mat came with a travel bag, which we have already used multiple times, and additional stamps, stencils and water pens. Right now he’s happy just with the pen so I can’t say how the stamps or stencils work. My favorite part is that the "ink” disappears on the mat after a few minutes so it’s a clean slate every time my son is ready to draw. This has been a great purchase and has helped prevent additional art work on my floor.
