Review on Universal Car Mount Holder for iPhone Xs MAX XR X 8 Plus & Samsung Galaxy - Convenient Windshield Dashboard Cradle for Safe Driving by Bob Roberts

Not sure. on accessory

needed at the moment. It's bulky like a big one and I wasn't sure if it would really be the right choice for my car (I have a small car and the dashboard is a bit odd) but this morning I thought why not try it and see , because that's how it usually is, I don't like something at first, and then it grows. I took it out of the box and played around with the assembly a bit (all my fault lol), this unit doesn't fall apart, it's very solid. Once I locked the ball mechanism in place, I attached and secured the cradle mount (you need to hear a click and then it's secure). I felt that it would hold the parts of the device securely in place despite a bumpy ride and wouldn't fall apart easily. This device is bulky but not heavy and you can tell it's not easy to break. Adhesive disc and suction work effortlessly. Just peel off the film from the bottom where you want it and press the device firmly against the dashboard or windshield to make it stick, then attach it to the suction cup. I feel the power button on the side is useless when plugging in your phone and if you have a large phone like the iPhone Plus that I have (with a case). I had to reach for my phone as soon as I installed it to press the unlock button and I just wanted to return it. But it keeps the phone fully in my case so I can fix the button issue. It survived a reasonably rough ride when I was out on the road (the roads here suck). The mount didn't move and my phone didn't move, making it easy to watch Hulu on the way to work. I'll be updating in two weeks just in case I need to pick up some of the good stuff I mentioned. LAUGH OUT LOUD

Pros
  • STRONG ADHESION: The new generation suction cup with high-tack gel adheres to windshield, dashboard and other smooth or textured surfaces;
Cons
  • There are nuances
