The product is unreliable, it is not worth buying.
the tube on the cyclone filter burst, for the sake of which the vacuum cleaner was bought a non-warranty case, the new one stands like the floor of a vacuum cleaner, without it the vacuum cleaner simply became ordinary. it is not possible to glue this element, since the tube gives too much "shoulder". very disappointing. this element should be thicker, or somehow additionally reinforced. but Samsung, apparently, does not think so and does not want to admit his flaw. Well, okay
