Perfect for avoiding calluses on your toes on long hikes!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first tried these socks on. My brother-in-law, who had just run the London marathon, swore by him. I was training for a 200 mile hike and blisters on my toes were an occasional problem. I'm so glad I broke down and bought a pair! They were, well. a bit strange at first. You know that weird feeling of fluff between your toes? Yes it is. But within an hour, that "weird" feeling went away. When I finally put them on for the first time, I didn't even notice the difference. But what I noticed: I no longer have blisters on my toes! It was absolutely amazing! I have a single bone Morton's foot, very slight pronation. It all comes down to the fact that my toes slide under each other easily at times, and WONDERFUL! Blow. Injinji socks fixed this situation! Also, I've found that I enjoy putting them on every time because I've noticed a very subtle toe separation. I started doing leg exercises and stretches to splay my toes many years ago (very helpful for many foot problems). Granted, these socks don't come close to the toe spacers you might use, but even that thin separation comes in handy if you're a person whose toes naturally like to be close together. I use a pair of Smartwool earbuds over Injinji earbuds. . I also use the original Injinji unlined travel socks. I recently bought a pair of Injinji compression stockings to recover from a hike. Obviously I'm a huge fan and believer! Another note: while I've found injinji socks to work quite well on their own, I also often wear hike goo on my toes (and sometimes on my heels) before rolling them up. socks. Added insurance!
