I had a problem with my computer and the manufacturer was very helpful in fixing it. They helped me isolate the problem to the motherboard. I replaced the motherboard but my problem was never solved. The tech support is amazing, but without their ability to sort through the system, it's definitely lacking a bit. After replacing the motherboard, I took my computer to the micro center for a consultation, where I was advised to change the power supply from 600W to 750W. After updating my PSU, not only did my problem go away, but everything on my system works much better. If you buy this prebuilt one, I strongly suggest you upgrade your power supply.
