I noticed that my temperatures on my CPU were NOT in a good place so I decided to buy a new cooler to replace the one that came with it. When I removed the cooler I noticed a HORRIBLE job of applying the thermal paste, there were a few spots as on the CPU and cooler that had virtually no thermal paste on them and the parts that had thermal paste were hard

I usually build my own systems, but I haven't done that in a long time. I chose this system for its features and price. I am very impressed with the overall quality of the system. I like the synchronized fans, the case backlight and the GPU. Very fast and very quiet system. Loads right out of the box - no preinstalled extras. I am very happy with my purchase. I would have a hard time beating the price and it would take a while to get the parts and complete the build.

Great computer, I enjoyed playing my games but after 3 months it starts up and shuts down after 15 seconds. Email support, get 1 email a day trying this and that. I am currently waiting for the shipping label to send it back to them for repair. Currently estimated at 1 month before I get it back. definitely not what i wanted to hear, hope it comes back sooner

Bought this computer in July. He had a BSOD right away, but now he's starting to get BSODs all the time, making the computer almost useless for anything for fear of losing something. I have two other commercial brand computers and have never had this problem. Paid $1400 for this computer and was hooked within 2 days. The power supply was faulty and shorted out, the fuse in my room was blown. Finally after 2 weeks I got my refund and noticed the price of the computer had gone up to $1750 so I asked Skytech if I could get the same computer for the same price because mine was defective and they said I can't. Makes no sense and is a very greedy act. Take your money elsewhere.

I've had these since February, the version with 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD and a 3060 TI with a 3600 processor. I prefer playing PC games to consoles so I was happy to get one of the new cards. I mostly play at 2k and most of the time the 3060 was pretty good, but some games require me to set the settings to medium when trying to get into high frames. Opened up, turned on, looks good, nice colors but the graphics card was dead (only the optics was a super bugged boot screen) and there was no hard drive so no OS, this computer is a joke, came with a quality control checklist and they obviously just signed them and moved on because half the list requires an OS ready to return once you get it

had to remove the glass to remove the packaging material which is fine as it protected the computer but noticed it removed some residue left inside the case. also a box that had visible holes and damage probably due to transport but still not very good and not necessary. properly secured between the manufacturer and retailer to avoid possible damage

Added in a few months: UPDATE your graphics card driver immediately. That was the ONLY problem, everything else is perfect! Lightning fast with lots of space! I bought an external Blu-ray burner for less than $100. The gaming keyboard is very responsive, as is the gaming mouse. I have a 27 inch Acer monitor that shows great depth in my games. Skytech has been the biggest problem** I've had to deal with since I got my computer. I received my computer a month after ordering it and it's been problem after problem ever since. First, the PCU fan was plugged into the wrong connector. Simple solution in a minute. I also added a 140mm intake fan to the front of the case to increase airflow. But overall the PC runs great and can easily run games like Tarkov and DayZ with high graphics. Very good for the price. I recommend adding another intake fan to get positive case pressure.

Unfortunately, PCs are expensive and you just can't get a good GPU. The 3060ti is ok and the best I could get for the price. But for almost $2,000 it should be a 3080 RTX and a Ryzen 5000-series processor, not a budget Ryzen 3000. Not the manufacturer's fault.
