Bought this computer in July. He had a BSOD right away, but now he's starting to get BSODs all the time, making the computer almost useless for anything for fear of losing something. I have two other commercial brand computers and have never had this problem. I'm speaking to tech support right now and they're forcing me to pull out the hardware and run a test, which I'm really not comfortable with. Sending in a new computer for repair does not work. I shouldn't have done that. I will update this post as my problem is resolved *edit* although I had problems right away they just offered to ship the computer to me. Apparently, according to them, he needs a new motherboard. The motherboard does not deteriorate in 3 months. So they built a computer from bad parts and just offered to ship it to me, otherwise they would send me a motherboard to install myself (which would void my warranty by the way). Fortunately, Revain has great customer service.
